WH Group Ltd HKG: 0288 anuncia junto a sus resultados de medio año un dividendo de HK$0.10 (doblando este mismo dividendo de 2023 y de, al menos, desde 2019 que venía repartiendo lo mismo) y que pagará el 25 de septiembre de 2024.
DIVIDENDS
At the Company’s annual general meeting held on 9 May 2024, the shareholders of the Company
approved the payment of a final dividend of HK$0.25 per share (year ended 31 December 2022:
HK$0.25 per share) of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2023, as recommended by the Board, which was paid in cash to the shareholders of the Company on 30 May 2024, whose names appeared on the register of members of the Company on 21 May 2024.
The Board declared an interim dividend of HK$0.10 per share for the six months ended 30 June
2024 (six months ended 30 June 2023: HK$0.05 per share) to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 30 August 2024. The dividend is to be paid in cash to the shareholders of the Company on or about 25 September 2024.
