The board of directors of the Company has resolved to declare an interim cash dividend for
the six months ended 30 June 2024 (the “Interim Dividend”) of HK85 cents per share (2023:
HK93 cents), which will be payable on 1 November 2024 to shareholders whose names appear
on the register of members of the Company on 16 September 2024.
