If you wish IBKR to remove a long non-tradeable/delisted position, please go to the IBKR home page and select “Forms and Disclosures” from the bottom of the page. On the Forms and Disclosure’s Customer Service tab scroll down to and click on “Special Position Liquidation Agreement” to download the form. Then go to your “Downloads” and open the SPLA form. Complete and sign the Special Position Liquidation Agreement then submit to IBKR as an attachment to a ticket in the Message Center or send to IBKR as a fax at 312-984-1019.
