ABN Amro (ABN.AS) declara dividendo final de EUR 0.89, ex-dividendo 26 de Abril, apuntado el 28 y pagadero un mes después el 27 de Mayo del 2024.

Con lo cual, sumando el interim de EUR 0.62 de la primera mitad de FY23 da un total de EUR 1.51. Siguen con el 50% de payout y ademas anuncia recompras de acciones por 500 millones (capitaliza unos 12 billon). Las perspectivas del net interest margin son similares al 2023 y esperan crecer un pelín por debajo del GDP de Países Bajos. Depósitos se mantienen, como también los impagos.

Our dividend policy has remained unchanged. Our dividend payout has been set at 50% of reported net profit, after deduction of AT1 coupon payments and minority interests. Interim dividends will be considered at 40% of the reported H1 net profit, provided profit is expected to be sustainable throughout the year, at the discretion of the Board.

Based on this dividend policy, a net profit for 2023 of EUR 2,605 million (after AT1 and minority interests) and after the interim dividend of EUR 0.62 per share in 2023, a final cash dividend for 2023 of EUR 0.89 per share (2022: EUR 0.67) is being proposed. This is equivalent to EUR 770 million (2022: EUR 601 million), based on 865,575,379 of outstanding shares at year-end 2023.

This brings the total dividend for 2023 to EUR 1.51 per share (2022: EUR 0.99), equivalent to EUR 1,307 million. The ex-dividend date will be 26 April 2024, while the record Capital management 28 date will be 29 April 2024 and the dividend will be paid on 27 May 2024.
