Bueno, en este caso se entiende que parte de esa reducción va a para a Kontoor Brands.
El mercado se lo toma bien de momento.

Es lo lógico. En realidad entre ambas (0.43$ + 0.56$/7) están pagando lo mismo que solo VF Corp antes del spinoff (0.51$)

The J. M. Smucker Company announced that the Board of Directors has approved an increase in the quarterly dividend from $0.85 to $0.88 per common share, an increase of four percent. The dividend will be paid on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, August 16, 2019.

Aqua America (NYSE:WTR) declares $0.2343/share quarterly dividend, 7% increase from prior dividend of $0.219.

Hershey sube dividendo un 7%
The Hershey Company announced quarterly dividends of $0.773 on the Common Stock and $0.702 on the Class B Common Stock, an increase of about 7%, or $0.051 and $0.046 per share, respectively. The dividends were declared on July 22, 2019, and are payable September 16, 2019, to stockholders of record August 23, 2019.

Kellogg Company declared a dividend of $0.57 per share on the common stock of the Company, payable on September 13, 2019, to shareowners of record at the close of business on September 3, 2019. The ex-dividend date is August 30, 2019. As the company previously announced in April, this reflects a 2 percent increase to the quarterly dividend.
