Upon completion of the Demerger, Qualifying Shareholders and Qualifying ADS Holders will receive one TMICC Share
for every five Unilever Shares or Unilever ADSs (as applicable) that they hold at the Demerger Record Time. They will also continue to hold their Unilever Shares following the Demerger.
Immediately after completion of the Demerger, TMICC will issue the Retained Shares to the Unilever Group (as further described at paragraph 2.4 of Part IV) of this document, following which Qualifying Shareholders and Qualifying ADS Holders will hold approximately 80.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of TMICC and the Unilever Group will hold approximately 19.9 per cent.

The terms of the spin-off are 1 : 5.

Pues el broker me envió eso pero he seguido leyendo y parece que lo mueven a diciembre… qué cansancio de spin-off.

Veo que en Interactive Brokers ya se ha producido el Spinoff y me aparecen las acciones y el precio reducido.
Ahora mi dilema es el siguiente : Tengo plusvalías en Ulvr que me imagino que se pasarán a la parte proporcional de Magnum. El problema es que no quiero mas plusvalías este año , porque voy a vender Verizon y Nike que son las únicas en que llevo perdidas. Lo suyo sería vender el año que viene pero como no soy pitoniso viene mi pregunta ¿alguien sabe hasta donde puede oscilar el precio?

Además del spinoff Unilever también va a realizar una consolidación de acciones (reverse stock split). Esto es muy típico de los ingleses. GSK y AV ya lo hicieron en el 2022

The consolidation became effective on “the first trading day after the demerger.” According to public announcements, that was implemented on 8 December 2025 (with trading of the new shares beginning at 8:00 a.m. London time / 9:00 a.m. Amsterdam time) after the ice-cream business demerger was completed

Entiendo que el pico de acciones sobrantes te lo abonan como si fuera un dividendo? Porque yo tenia 55 acciones antes de esta consolidación y ahora solo me figuran 48 cuando me corresponderían 48,8888 acciones.
